Property Managers
If you’ve read the short story “Neighbors” by Raymond Carver, you should know better than to let your next-door neighbors water your plants and look after your apartment for you while you’re away on a vacation. You’d do a lot better by hiring a property manager.
A property manager is exactly what its name says it is, someone who looks after someone else’s property, a person who tends to whatever needs tending while the property owner is away for work or on a vacation.
By technical definition, a property manager is a firm or a person charged with looking after a real estate property for a fee. It should be noted that being a property manager is a professional job and shouldn’t be associated with asking your neighbor to feed your dog for the next couple weeks.
Property managers are responsible for a lot more than simply tending to your garden.
If you’re only around for a short while from time to time, the services of a property manage also include tightening security, shipping and storage of goods, house-sitting, and other sub-contracting business to make sure your stay is more comfortable than the last time.
Why bother your neighbors? Hire a property manager now.
